Are peptides safe?
Yes — when prescribed and supervised by a licensed physician. All Thrive Rx programs are physician-supervised and use compounded peptides from licensed, accredited pharmacies. Ashley reviews your health history before recommending any program.
Do I need to come in to the spa?
Yes — your first appointment is an in-office visit with Ashley at Vital Glow Spa. After that, follow-up care and check-ins can be done virtually if you prefer. Your peptides ship directly to your home throughout the program.
How do I administer the injections?
Most programs involve subcutaneous injections — a small needle just below the skin, similar to an insulin injection. Ashley walks you through the process and provides full instructions. It becomes routine very quickly.
How long until I see results?
It varies by program and individual. Some clients notice improved energy and sleep within 2–3 weeks. Body composition changes from GH peptides typically show over 3–6 months with consistent use.
Can I combine peptides with my other Vital Glow treatments?
