How does the Glow Bank work?
Every month, your membership payment is deposited as cash credit to your Glow Bank. You can use that credit toward any regular-priced service — immediately or saved up for a bigger treatment down the line. Credits roll over and never expire within a year of issue.
Can I use my Glow Bank credit and my discount together?
Yes! Your Glow Bank credit works as cash value, and your membership discount is applied on top of regular-priced services. Both perks are available to you at every appointment.
What services are excluded?
Glow Bank credits and membership discounts cannot be applied toward GLP-1 medications (Semaglutide, Tirzepatide) or peptide therapy services through Thrive Rx.
What is the minimum commitment?
Both memberships require a 3-month minimum commitment. If you cancel before 3 months, a $50 early termination fee applies. After 3 months, you can cancel anytime.
Can I upgrade from Essential to Signature?
Absolutely. Reach out to Ashley directly and she'll walk you through upgrading your membership at any point.
Do my credits expire?
Banked credits expire 1 year from the date they were issued. We recommend using them regularly so nothing goes to waste!
